All Systems Go: A Global Summit Experience for a BioTech Company Diabetes Care

When the BioTech Company’s Diabetes Care set out to bring 250 global employees together at the breathtaking Silverado Resort in Napa Valley, it wasn’t just another company summit; it was a bold celebration of mission, momentum, and connection.

With the ambitious goal of reaching 15 million users with the BioTech Company’s groundbreaking diabetes technology, this multi-day Global Marketing and Access Customer Summit needed more than logistics. It needed moments, strategic, emotional, and unforgettable. On top of all that, it also needed to match the “All Systems Go” theme.

That’s where we came in.

Elevating Engagement from the Ground Up

From the opening reception to the elegant awards dinner, Entire Productions designed and produced experiential touchpoints that sparked energy, deepened connections, and tied directly back to the BioTech Company’s purpose-driven culture.

Each moment was crafted to amplify the excitement of shared impact and to reinforce just how far this team has come.

The Experience, at a Glance:

Welcome Reception: A high-energy kickoff featuring curated décor, vibrant entertainment, and unmistakable team spirit. The BioTech Company’s guests were instantly immersed in a sense of celebration and alignment.

Experiential Team Building: We planned and executed custom activations to break down silos and build up trust. These were designed around real-world outcomes and tied to the BioTech Company’s mission of innovation and accessibility.

Awards Dinner: A refined, elegant evening under the Napa sky, celebrating the individuals and teams helping drive toward the 15 million-user milestone. From the ambiance to the entertainment, every element spoke to pride, excellence, and vision.

We worked within a complex, multi-day summit environment, navigating moving parts with precision and flexibility, and ensured that brand storytelling remained at the forefront throughout.

Our team didn’t just manage the details. We helped bring the “All Systems Go” vision to life, blending creativity and purpose to foster connection, alignment, and lasting impact.

“It was more than a summit. It was a mission in motion, and our team was honored to help power it.”
