A 20th Celebration in Pleasanton

We were invited to produce a milestone three-day celebration marking a 20-year journey of innovation, growth, and culture. This wasn’t just an anniversary; it was a chance to unite employees, partners, and the community around a shared story of progress and people-first values.

The goal? Transform a corporate campus into a festival of connection, creativity, and pride.

And with multiple moving parts across three consecutive days, the challenge was on.

The Setting

Held outdoors on the Pleasanton campus, the celebration brought together nearly 800 guests per day. The campus was reimagined into a vibrant event space, blending natural surroundings with immersive staging, custom signage, and thoughtfully arranged furniture and décor.

Every corner of the space was designed for discovery, from high-energy performance routes to quieter areas where colleagues could connect and recharge.

The Experience

From the moment guests arrived, the energy was undeniable. A lineup of live entertainment and interactive activations kept the celebration moving:

  • 360-Degree Timeline Build was the focal point at the event, measuring 20’ in diameter with custom graphics highlighting 20 years of growth and innovation in the industry

  • DJ, the resident DJ for the WNBA’s Golden State Valkyries, brought pulse and rhythm to the amphitheater. Attendees engaged with the DJ by submitting song requests in advance and on the day through RequestNow.

  • A diverse roaming marching band created surprise-and-delight moments with bursts of celebratory music throughout the campus.

  • Living Birthday Gifts delivered birthday puns to humor guests and pose for photos, roaming among the crowd to keep the spirit of celebration alive.

  • Birthday tats - airbrush tattoo artists gave guests a playful way to commemorate the moment, featuring custom stencils from the event brand kit and a 24’ wide custom-built tattoo parlor

  • A custom gift ribbon immersive photo booth tied to the birthday theme

  • Multiple photographers ensured every memory, from candid team moments to bold activations, was captured.

The F&B strategy matched the energy of the event, keeping vendors and performers fueled and guests refreshed throughout each day. The atmosphere felt less like a corporate gathering and more like a cultural festival.

The Numbers That Mattered

The celebration wasn’t just fun; it was impactful.

  • 800 guests per day flowed through the campus, exceeding expectations.

  • Entertainment activations cycled every 15–30 minutes, maintaining high energy and guest engagement.

  • Social media buzz from employees amplified the company’s culture story far beyond the Pleasanton campus.

Why It Worked

Every detail was curated to reflect the milestone: 20 years of building, innovating, and celebrating people. By layering music, performance, interactivity, and design across three days, we ensured no moment felt repetitive; instead, each day carried fresh energy while staying true to the celebration’s purpose. This wasn’t just an anniversary.  It was a festival of people. A launchpad into the next 20 years.
