A Culture-Driven Experience in San Francisco
We were invited to partner with Cherryrock Capital to produce their inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM), a high-stakes milestone event aimed at strengthening their bold identity and values among LPs, founders, and co-investors.
The goal? Design a gathering that wasn’t just another VC meeting, but an authentic cultural cornerstone, aligned with Cherryrock’s ethos of being Audacious, Authentic, and Accountable.
And with just four weeks to pull it off, the challenge was on.
The Setting
Held in San Francisco, the venue was carefully chosen and designed to create an atmosphere that felt warm and personal, a deliberate departure from the often sterile or over-produced feel of typical investment summits.
We anchored the space with elevated décor, ambient lighting, personalized signage, and inviting textures that welcomed guests into a space that felt less like a meeting and more like a conversation among equals.
The Experience
From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in Cherryrock’s culture. Thoughtfully crafted programming featured candid conversations with founders and sharp insight from top-tier thought leaders.
Each session was curated not for polish, but for honesty, an audacious choice that paid off in energy, engagement, and buzz.
F&B strategy was executed with the same intentionality. The menus were diverse, sustainable, and approachable. We intentionally partnered with BIPOC-owned vendors whose values and vision resonate with Cherryrock’s core mission, fostering meaningful collaborations that celebrate diversity, equity, and authentic community representation. Every detail, from staffing and flow to waste management, was choreographed to create ease without overcomplication.
The Numbers That Mattered
We didn’t just build a beautiful event; we tracked its performance in real time.
From registration to sentiment, KPIs were baked into the run of show, and daily NPS check-ins gave us feedback that was both actionable and affirming.
