Weeklong Executive Leadership Program
Six Days. 65 Events. 2000+ Global Attendees.
Overview
When a Fortune 500 organization brought approximately 2,000 global attendees to the San Francisco Bay Area, the assignment was bigger than producing a week of events. The goal was to create a connected regional experience across San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma, Marin, and beyond.
Competing against eight invited destination management companies, Entire Productions advanced to the final four before earning the client's complete confidence. Although the client had planned to divide the program between separate DMCs for daytime experiences and evening events, a model they had successfully used in other international markets, they ultimately consolidated the entire program under Entire Productions. Our integrated strategy, creative approach, and end-to-end production capabilities gave the client the confidence that a single partner could deliver a more cohesive and impactful experience.
With 65+ events over six days and a total program budget exceeding $7 million, the program included executive gatherings, large-scale receptions, private dinners, destination activities, significant other programming, networking experiences, transportation, concierge services, signage, staffing, guest communications, branded touchpoints, and on-site management.
The Challenge
The challenge was not producing one impressive event. It was producing dozens of experiences at once across multiple cities and venues while making the full program feel connected, personal, and intentionally designed.
Every guest needed to move through the region with ease, while every experience needed to reflect the caliber of the organization and the distinctive character of the Bay Area.

The Idea, The Vision
Treat the Bay Area itself as the venue.
Held in a different global destination each year, the program came to San Francisco in 2026 because of the Bay Area’s unique position at the forefront of innovation, growth, and cultural relevance. This is where ideas are built, industries are shaped, and global leaders come to connect. The Bay Area has become a global hub where startups grow into industry-defining companies, technology and creativity converge, and the conversations happening today help shape the future of business.
Rather than approaching the program as 65 separate events, Entire Productions designed the guest journey as one connected experience. Every city, route, reception, dinner, activity, and guest touchpoint had a role to play.
The San Francisco Bay Area brought culture, architecture, food, history, waterfront energy, and a spirit of ingenuity. Napa and Sonoma offered generous Wine Country hospitality and slower moments of connection, while Marin brought outdoor exploration and coastal perspective.
The goal was to share the very best of what we love about the region while making a complex program feel curated, clear, and deeply cared for.

Behind the scenes, our team coordinated transportation routes, staffing, activity rosters, dietary needs, weather decisions, venue capacities, concierge requests, signage, and real-time production changes across multiple destinations.
Working closely with an exceptional network of venues, guides, chefs, transportation teams, activity partners, and hospitality professionals, we created a program that felt thoughtful, personal, and deeply connected to the Bay Area.
The Results
The program brought approximately 2,000 attendees through more than 65 events and experiences across the San Francisco Bay Area and Wine Country.
Our clients sailed the San Francisco Bay, explored Alcatraz, discovered local architecture and culture, enjoyed private dinners and culinary experiences, visited Wine Country, participated in wellness moments, and experienced the waterfront in ways that felt personal, immersive, and distinctly local.
These were not simply tourist activities. They were thoughtfully curated, once-in-a-lifetime experiences made possible by the incredible venues, vendors, guides, chefs, artists, and hospitality partners who bring this region to life. Together, we created access to moments that many guests would never have the opportunity to experience on their own.
For Entire Productions, it was a privilege to share a destination we deeply love with an international audience. The result was a heartfelt introduction to the Bay Area and a high-touch corporate hospitality experience that reflected the organization’s caliber, strengthened relationships, and created meaningful shared memories.
We were proud to help guests experience our home through the very best of what it has to offer.
The Takeaway
A program of this size requires more than a vendor list. It requires a partner who knows the Bay Area intimately, understands Wine Country, can manage complex regional logistics, and genuinely loves sharing the destination.
Entire Productions brought that passion to every detail, opening doors to special spaces and experiences that guests would not typically access on their own. The result was a connected six-day journey that felt organized, elevated, and deeply rooted in the character of the Bay Area from arrival to departure.
