To celebrate 25 years of innovation, Bloom Energy brought together more than 550 employees for a milestone celebration designed around connection, appreciation, and shared experiences.
The goal was to create more than a traditional company event. The experience needed to recognize the people behind Bloom’s success while giving employees a memorable place to celebrate together.
Transforming Mountain Winery Into a Company-Wide Celebration
Entire Productions transformed the iconic Mountain Winery into a festival-style environment where guests could explore, connect, and celebrate throughout the afternoon.
From arrival through the final performance, every element was designed to encourage engagement. Guests enjoyed elevated culinary experiences, interactive activations, custom branding, and scenic vineyard views before gathering at the Concert Bowl for executive remarks and a private performance by Bryan Adams, the renowned Canadian rock singer-songwriter, musician, and photographer known for his distinctive raspy voice and decades of hit anthems.
The venue became an extension of the celebration, with each area offering a different opportunity to connect and experience the event at their own pace.
Creating a Once-in-a-Lifetime Entertainment Moment
One of the biggest challenges came before the event even began. With only one week to secure talent, the Entire Productions team moved quickly to bring Bryan Adams on board for an exclusive daytime performance as the headliner.
Adams has built a decades-long career as one of Canada’s most recognized rock artists, with a catalog of anthems that helped shape 1980s arena rock. His private performance gave Bloom employees the opportunity to experience a globally recognized artist in an intimate, exclusive setting.
The private concert became the celebration's centerpiece, creating a rare, memorable moment for employees while elevating the overall guest experience.
Behind the Scenes: Bringing a Large-Scale Celebration Together
A celebration of this scale required detailed planning across transportation, venue operations, production, branding, and guest experience.
Entire Productions managed logistics across multiple company campuses, coordinated vendor partners, supported technical production, and brought together the many moving pieces needed to deliver an experience that felt cohesive from start to finish.
Every touchpoint was designed to reflect Bloom’s milestone and celebrate the employees who helped shape the company’s journey.
