SAN FRANCISCO MAGAZINE BEST OF THE BAY
For years, Entire Productions has produced San Francisco Magazine's feel-good celebration commemorating the best of arts, culture, and community in the SF Bay Area. Post-pandemic, SF Magazine approached us looking for assistance with 2 months to fully plan and execute this 800-person VIP event.
This involved heavy permitting requirements, venue sourcing and negotiation, and a whopping 100+ sponsors to solicit, onboard, and manage in addition to a full run of show of entertainment programming. We transformed both floors of the SF Ferry Building into a vibrant setting with tropical neon vibes using multiple rental and decor vendors, dynamic lighting, and strategic sound reinforcement, all within a very limited load-in timeframe.
