Overview
For a major Weeklong Executive leadership Program in the San Francisco Bay Area, Entire Destination Management, a division under Entire Productions, planned and managed an Executive Dinner Concierge Program for senior partners hosting private dining experiences outside the official agenda.

These dinners gave leaders a more intimate setting to deepen relationships, entertain clients, strengthen internal networks, and create space for meaningful business conversations. Group sizes varied, with some dinners hosting up to 100 guests.

The program was part of a six-day Bay Area experience for approximately 2,000 global attendees across more than 65 events. Selected from eight invited DMCs and a final shortlist of four, Entire Destination Management, led the complete scope through one integrated team overseeing destination management, hospitality, logistics, and production.

Senior partners needed flexibility to host private dinners that felt personal, polished, and easy to execute.
