Melons Catering and Event Planning

As we catch our breath from the busy holiday season, we reminisce about the final holiday party of the year. The team at Melons Catering and Event Planning brought us on for a fabulous corporate holiday party that took place at City View Metreon. With a theme of “Around the Bay”, you can imagine the various entertainment the client was looking for to capture this idea! First, guests were greeted in the lobby by the energetic tunes of Mariachi Aguilas before entering the colorful event space. Once guests reached the middle of the room, they heard the soft and delightful music of a sitar and tabla duo, sitting atop a festive rug. Beyond the duo, guests were in awe of the man peacefully lying on a bed of real nails! This man is none other than the Prince of Pain, a risk-taking stuntman who even had a concrete block smashed on his chest later that evening!

Heading out to the patio, guests had fun virtually spray painting onto their photos at the graffiti wall. Last but not least, a break dancing crew from Renegade Rockers performed on the dance floor which really got guests in the dancing mood and out on the floor!
