Date: August 20, 2025
Venue: SFMOMA (Minna Lobby, 5th Floor Galleries, and Garden Pavilion)
Guest Count: 100
When you think of an evening at a museum, you might picture hushed tones, champagne flutes, and carefully curated exhibits. However, Entire Productions had something else in mind. On August 20th, 70 hand-selected guests gathered at SFMOMA for "A Celebration of Event Mastery," an immersive evening that transformed the act of attending an event into a work of art in itself.
From the very first touchpoint, guests knew this was not going to be an ordinary night. The save-the-date from Natasha Miller, Founder and CEO of Entire Productions, carried a promise: nothing expected, nothing done before. And true to form, what unfolded was a layered, multisensory journey through intentional design, creative collaboration, and meaningful connection.
The Journey Begins…
The experience started before anyone even set foot inside. Thanks to Urban Worldwide, guests from the South Bay were whisked into the city in comfort and style, a subtle but powerful reminder that hospitality starts with the journey.
Upon arrival in the grand atrium, they were warmly greeted by the Entire Productions team. Many took a moment to catch up with familiar faces before receiving their name tags. Later, attendees were welcomed not with the standard glass of champagne but with something far more unexpected: a vibrant, adaptogenic elixir crafted by The Spirited Beverage Company, a new venture from the Always Fishing Hospitality group. It wasn’t just a drink; it was a signal. This evening wasn’t about indulgence for indulgence’s sake; it was about intentionality.
A beat-boxing cellist set the soundtrack as guests paused at the step-and-repeat, a living moss wall installation by Planted Design and styled with the event’s emblem. It wasn’t just a backdrop, but an interactive work of art, a reminder that every person stepping in front of it was also part of the night’s creative tapestry.
From there, Culinary Eye (Always Fishing Hospitality) offered an amuse-bouche, a warm bite of flavor and comfort, before an elevator ride transported guests, literally and figuratively, upward to the fifth floor.
Art as Experience
The SFMOMA galleries opened like a dreamscape. Warhol winked from the walls. Kusama’s dots whispered playfully. Lichtenstein roared with bold energy. Acoustic strings floated in the air, not commanding attention but creating an atmosphere for thought and conversation.
Guests received a small tote with an artful custom design, which included a scavenger hunt slip and a pencil, inviting them to participate in a playful art scavenger hunt throughout the gallery. Along the way, a surprise activation delighted the senses: a string trio and an on-the-spot interactive experience in olfactory poetry. Guests left with a unique scent and a poem written just for them. It was a moment of personal wonder, a tangible reminder of how art can live beyond the canvas.
The Garden Pavilion Reveal
And then, the reveal.
The rooftop Garden Pavilion unfolded like a stage change. A monumental Sheila Hicks textile cascaded down one wall in a sunlit array of color, its presence both soft and powerful, much like the community gathered below it.
Here, Culinary Eye reappeared, this time with a vibrant edible palette, featuring small bites paired with crisp, innovative cocktails, some of them non-alcoholic, yet no less exciting. Among them was a Kusama-inspired cocktail, served in a striking glass and drawing inspiration from Yayoi Kusama: Aspiring to Pumpkin’s Love, the Love in My Heart, a creation that was as much art as it was refreshment. Guests mingled among modern, art-inspired furniture and décor provided by The Wild Ones, whose design touches gave every corner a personality of its own.
Enchantment Floral added a layer of natural artistry, with arrangements that didn’t compete with the museum setting but instead spoke its language. The florals were sculptural, intentional, and alive, another reminder that even fleeting beauty can leave a lasting impression.
As twilight set in, the sounds of a gypsy jazz quartet floated across the rooftop, balanced by the expert sound and lighting design of The Lux Productions. Their work elevated the ambiance without ever stealing focus, allowing conversation and connection to remain center stage.
Interactive Moments & Keepsakes
Throughout the night, activations gave guests more than just entertainment; they offered mementos, each carrying meaning.
At The Vanity Portrait Studio, portraits were captured and printed onsite, producing tangible works of art that guests could take home. It felt less like a photo op and more like receiving an award, recognition of being part of something special.

Branded as Portraits of a Master, it felt less like a photo op and more like receiving an award, a recognition to our guests that they are a part of something special.
Nearby, a custom bandana station allowed guests to design their own keepsake, with initials embroidered in real time. The result was deeply personal, something created in the moment, and made to last.
Every detail was designed to surprise, delight, and inspire.
Capturing the Mastery
Of course, no experience of this scale should be confined to memory. The Vanity Portrait Studio and JCPro Film captured the evening in motion, weaving together a visual narrative that ensures the artistry and intention of the night will continue to inspire beyond those three hours at SFMOMA. Their lens turned fleeting moments, an embrace, a laugh, a toast, into lasting history.
Closing Notes
As the evening drew to a close, guests received a final gift: a signed copy of Corporate Event Mastery, the new book by Natasha Miller. It was a fitting farewell, more than just a token; it was an invitation to keep learning, creating, and raising the bar for what live events can be.
In the end, A Celebration of Event Mastery was not about spotlighting the host, the venue, or even the creative partners (though their fingerprints were everywhere). It was about the guests, those who experienced it, contributed to it, and carried it forward.
And that’s what made the evening truly masterful.
