DATA AFTER HOURS

Our client reached out while the Golden State Warriors were still in the NBA playoffs-and the venue's availability was contingent on their success (or lack of). Once we were able to lock in the venue, we had less than 2 months to build out over 50,000 square feet of 90's hip hop-themed design, activations, and entertainment with a limited budget for this week-long conference's final offsite.

Guests were wowed by street-style breakdancers, drumline performers, and trick basketball players as they went through security and check-in. Once in the arena, the nostalgic vibes of a retro mall arcade took them back to their childhood as they enjoyed food, drinks, and arcade games. 4 different lounges and VIP areas were activated with DJs, cigar rolling, whiskey tastings led by a sommelier, and Instagram-worth photo booths at every turn.

Finally, upon reaching the arena floor, the arena scoreboard live-streamed photo booth GIFs of guests for their chance to be seen on the jumbo screen above. A 40' stage with LED panels, custom motion assets, and a DJ darkened to announce headliner performance by 90's hip hop legends Salt n Pepa. The highlight of the night was a 30-second continuous flow of branded confetti blasting across the vast arena floor.
