As March comes to a close many of us are mourning the anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, we are also starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel as vaccines, instead of infections, sweep the nation. For Entire Productions, March means the anniversary of something else very dear to us. Each year around this time, we design an annual showcase experience for clients and those in the event planning industry to highlight our best talent and event design, planning and production prowess.
Whether you’ve been with us for the last 20 years or have more recently become familiar with our nationally acclaimed shift to virtual events, you’ve likely heard about The Annual Experience. Last March, just days before Into The Wild, we made the wise but gut-wrenching decision to postpone the event. To celebrate this year, we’d like to reflect on good times and look forward to gathering again, potentially sooner than later.

Summer Solstice Celebration
The following year we hosted a summer solstice celebration to welcome the Broadway Studios to our event community. We were joined again by Amaze Events, with lighting by enhanced lighting, and floral arrangements by Nicole Ha.
Elevate Productions Launch
After postponing two years in a row (sound familiar?), we committed to making a party come to life on May 1 to showcase our audio/visual division, Elevate Productions. While this division no longer exists, we have expanded in other, more profitable ways. The event venue was 1 Liedsdorff, catering by Jane Hammond, Michi Catering, and Mission Minis, florals by Wish Social Events, and photography by Colson Griffith.
Bright New Year
2014 was the start of a beautiful partnership with The Bently Reserve, where we held most of our annual events. The team created an event to showcase and present the band we hand-picked and developed- The 415s. But we didn’t just want to invite people to a rehearsal studio to see them play for 1/2 hour. So in Entire Productions fashion, we set out to produce an over-the-top industry event that was fun, a great setting for the band to be discovered, and a partnership with the wonderful event industry vendors that we work with side by side all year long.
This sponsorship list was absolutely stacked and the proof is in the pudding! This is when our experiences truly became an annual event. We started this to showcase our company and our entertainers, but it's grown into a full-circle marketing event- with the sponsors and venue shining bright with their talents and offerings.
Another spectacular spring evening spent at The Bently Reserve with friends and family! 600 friends and family to be exact. Add some body painted models, feather pistols, flapper girls, a champagne skirt, and a bubble girl and you’ve got an Entire Productions party!
Swing Into Spring
This year, we also worked closely with AllSeated to bring you an even more elevated and curated event experience. In 2021, we are partnering again with AllSeated and their new virtual event platform, ExVo. Our very special guests included: Mindy Weiss and Steve Kemble. the team set out to take guests on a sensory journey back to Palm Springs circa the 1960's. If you’re unfamiliar with the aesthetic of this glamorous time period, think Pop Art, geometrics, and mod muted color tones. We took a little more creative liberty by adding a few flamingos here and there—leaving the jello molds and fondue to things of the past.
Vernal Equinox was one of our most unique, elevated, and unforgettable event experiences. The Vernal Equinox is the day on which night and day are equal, and we transition from winter to spring. So we took our guests on a journey From darkness to light. We were also pleased to see an incredible number of requests for our talent. The very next day, our lead artist for our incredible light-painting photo set said, "No doubt that is a record number of quotes given in one day by a long shot!"
Let the Good Times Roll: A Masked Mardi Gras
On the heels of last year’s Vernal Equinox event, this year’s experience took a more literal approach, showcasing the company’s ability to elevate a well-celebrated annual event and take it to the next level. Once again partnering with the incredible Bently Reserve event space in downtown San Francisco, our team took to work revamping the spaces into iconic neighborhoods of New Orleans. For the second year, 49 Square was the exclusive catering partner and designed the banking hall as the historic French Quarter/Bourbon Street area; the Farallon Room as the enchanting Garden District, and the Sansome Lobby and Adriatic Room as a VooDoo inspired cemetery. The results were incredible! The delicious menu of cajun inspired bites they curated reflected the tastes and scents of the region.
Into The Wild
The event that never happened. For the first time, the event was to be held at The California Academy of Sciences under the careful supervision of Christophe Ley. We had planned to decorate each space to resemble a different biome including the arctic, savannah, everglades, and rainforest. The event was 99% completed and with the countdown clock going when the news of lockdown hit hard. While we mourn the loss of this fantastic event, we are grateful to have taken action when we did and look forward to gathering with the 16 vendors and 20 plus artists safely in the future.
20 Years In Business
If you know Entire Productions, you know we couldn’t go one more year without celebrating, especially with this being our 20th year in business! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 11. We have a future-forward event in the works for you as we speak. It’s time for our industry to recover and showcase the best vendors, talent, and our event design, planning and production prowess. Stay tuned for updates about this invite-only experience.
